JP... would like to see a photo of those straight on from the side, it gives a reference of the bar position in relation to the tank.

Here are some more pics. Hope they help. Rode about 100 miles down the NJ shore today and they were very comfortable. Big improvement over the stock bars.

Thanks... those bars look good on the bike. They look to be about the same height as stock bars but come back what looks like a couple inches; that about right?

I miss the opportunity to ride the shore... used to live in that area for 30 years, mainly in the Neptune area.

Thanks. I'm very happy with them. They are actually quite a bit lower and wider than the stock bars and a couple of inches back further.

NJ Shore is a great ride. I usually take the parkway down and 35 back up North. Love riding thru the towns.

The Wild 1 bars with a Sundowner Seat are very comfortable on long rides....I had a set on my previous '01, and did a few rides from NY to FL....and it was more comfortable then being in a car. Just put the T-Bag the opposite way and layed out! Planning on doing a trip to Key West this year with the new set up....Trask Performance Ape, but this time I have CRUISE CONTROL!!! Just my 2C

A year ago I bought a used 2002 RKC and I believe it has the Chubby 518's on it. These bars are killing me on longer rides as I'm having to reach too far forward. I'm 5'10", 31" inseam and 33" sleeve. I was seriously considering the 508's but now as I've read through this thread I question the "wheel barrow" effect of the 508's. I did sit on a RKC this past weekend that had the 508's and it sure seemed a huge improvement of mine. When I owned a '06 Ultra Classic I put the 575's on it and they worked great. I'm wondering how they would be on my RKC as I know where there is a used set I can buy cheap. Any help and/or suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.

I installed these on my 2011 RGC. I think they look good and no sacrifice in comfort.

Looking for some recommendations. I have an Ultra Classic with Stock bars. After riding for a few hours I start to get a pinching painful feeling that runs from the base of my neck out and down to the top of my shoulder blades.
I'm 6'3 tall. I noticed I seem to scrunch my shoulders up. I think its because of my hand placement. When I'm sitting on the bike with both feet on the ground and reach forward my natural reach doesn't line my hands to the bars. The grips seem to flat, that causes me to rotate my hands twisting inward, which causes me to lift my shoulders, which causes the pain in my neck.
I think I need bars that the grips are twisted down on the ends or raise my bar heighth ?
Anyone else suffer from this problem ?
What did you do to correct it ?
Thanks

A quick update... I am actually moving from my 502's to WO572 Chubby 14" Apes from Wild1. I threw on a Mustang Super Touring seat (which I LOVE), and a little more height / pullback from the bars will allow me the ideal arm / shoulder positions whether I sit upright or lean back / slouch down a bit. It is amazing how much difference small adjustments make, and just as an FYI, when I was originally looking at the bars, Wild1 was willing to send me multiple sets as long as I didn't unwrap or damage them when testing them out. I hope to post updated pictures when the new bars are on, and all I can say is thank god for chrome cash.. this upgrade is on USBank and HD.
