I'm 6'4" 34" inseam with the 518's as well. I start getting the burning shoulders at about 100 mile mark. I have a Mustang super solo and a C&C Fastback. Backrest on both. Happens with backrest and without. I love the look of the 518's, but I'm thinking it's time for apes.

I have 518 on my 08 Road King. Very comfortable. I did not have to change any of the cables or brake lines. I did have to modified the front brake line bend at the master cylinder however.

i just installed 502s on my 09 roadglide. before i put them on they looked rather large. however when i did install them they felt really good. the width and the pullback actually work well together. im not a small dude at 6ft 300lbs. with stock seat the 502s are shoulder height. i would recommend them

I am a big fan of the 508s. Fits me perfectly at 5'10" with a 32 inch inseam. I can sit back or straight up without reaching.

Default WO 502 12.5" or WO 575 10" on a FLHRCI

Can anyone definitely say if cable changes or or wire extenders are required from WO 502 or WO 575 on a Road King?

The 502s are good size bars. Im sure you would need to do the cables and wires. I have 502s on my 09 roadglide and needed to do it all. Their 12.5 tall and about 36 or 38 wide

After doing the install of the 502's on my RKC I can say definitely yes. You need clutch, brake, and control wires extended. The TBW wires are long enough

Thanks, how about if I were to go with WO 515/10" mini-apes? I think I've read no wire change at all. Can someone confirm?

Then any guess if I won't have to change out cables with WO515/10" mini's?

If you hadn't guessed, I recently went to stainless cables and don't really want to change 'em again.
