They one of mine back and gave me a FULL refund.

BUT, it has to be in absolutely "as new" condition. Cannot show any signs of use.

The Sundowner isn't available with a backrest or you didn't buy a backrest? The website indicates there is a backrest available. Just curious.

I have already returned the Sundowner and waiting for the Mustang with backrest. As already mentioned, I felt the Sundowner was lifting me higher than the stock seat because it is wider at the front and I've got thick thighs that contributed.

In a nutshell, the Sundowner sits HIGHER than the 2 piece mustang, (and is wider at the nose, making it a longer reach to the ground) but sits LOWER than the big 1 piece Mustang. (but is still wider at the nose)

The Mustang 1 pc SPORT touring, I never owned or measured.
Holely smoley that is an informative write up. I am happy with my sundowner but I am book marking that page in case I ever change my mind and want to change. Thanks a bunch for posting that.

The passenger seat is the 15" wide one I believe.

Good luck with the Mustang. The solo or the touring Mustang didn't work for me. I like my Sundowner much better. My sig pic showes it with a Mustang backrest.

I believe the Sundowner solo doesn't have a backrest and the two up Sundowner does.

Yachtman, I think you are right on this. I wish you were wrong. I love my Sundowner Solo, but I would sure like a backrest for it.
