Default corbin seat saves

my new corbin dual touring saddle saved my butt from that good for nuthin stock seat, which bottomed out to the frame after ten miles of riding. if you currently own a stock seat i strongly reccomend getting the corbin ....best thing ive ever put on my bike...i could ride all day now...go get one

Yea, isn' interesting that even when they are more firm that soft is not better. Corbin is a very good move.

Bought the exact same seat for my RKC and I love it. When it breaks in, it will be even more comfortable.

Yup, I bought my corbin and was a little nervous. I alway had lower back pain after a short time, I got the Corbin and was worried about how firm it was, but I can say it eliminated my lower back pain while riding. Best investment I have put on my bike hands down. Now if I could just find away from keeping my knees from getting sore!!!

Was going to order a Hollywood Solo for my bike, but was able to sit on one yesterday and it was way too firm for me. Not many miles on the bike though. How much riding time are we talking for a Corbin to "break In"? Really like the look of the Solo, but don't think the back could stand how firm the seat is.

buckster,

The seat I'm currently running is a HD Sidekick. Really a comfy seat for a HD seat. Got a pretty sweet deal on it, so decided to give it a chance. About 2K miles on it now and no comfort issues at all. If I had to pay retail on the seat $400, I would have definately gone with a Corbin out of the gate.

Bassani? Yep, its Fairly loud!

Best sounding pipe I've heard IMO. It tones down a good bit when cruising, can hear radio on about mid setting when in 5th, and not hammering the throttle. Just had a 95" done on my bike.

Numbers before build:

SE A/C, SERT, SE 98B's , 74.7 HP/Torque =81.5

& after:

95/100.3

I'm running a SERT. Local dealer here has an excellent tuner and picked up the SERT back during the winter at about 20-25% off. Got it for only a few dollars more than the PCIII would have cost.
