Default Loose Baffle - any ideas?

I have a set of Rinehart true duals on my RK. On the past few rides, I've noticed a rattling sound from the left side of the bike while idling. Poked around a bit, and came to the conclusion that the baffle in the left pipe was loose. Any suggestions on how to tighten this? There aren't any screws holding it in place, I'm not real sure how it's stuck in the pipe. Somebody told me to put a self-tapping screw through the pipe to hold it, but if there's some other way to take care of it without drilling a hole in the pipe, I'd rather do that.

About a month after I put my Rineharts on, I noticed the same rattle and found it was the baffle rattling. I called Rinehart directly, without contacting the HD dealer I bought them from, to see if this was a current problem. They said it wasn't something they seen a lot of, but they still sent out two complete new mufflers with a call slip for the return delivery. Outstanding service.
