I just recently moved to a 1/2 helmet from a 3/4. Previously, I would just add the wrap around face shield to the 3/4 helmet when it rained. (I wear Rx glasses, too.) I have been looking for a face shield for a 1/2 helmet and found one at motorcycle-superstore.com made by Bell for approx. $11-$12. It snaps on to replace the normal visor and you can also swing it up if you want. I'm going to order one and give it a try.

I have a Scorpion EXO 100. It is a 1/2 helmet with a internal retractable half face shield that stores up in the helmet when not in use. Then when you need the visor you can drop it down over your eyes. I have used it twice in the rain and works well.

I have a 1/2 face shield so when it rains take off the visor and put it on, keeps the water off of the face to just below the nose... works fine

The only thing that really works is a helmet with a face shield.

FF with face shield and breath deflector inside of helmet if needed, they work great.

I wear this thing called a full face helmet. It acts as a crumple zone in case of an accident because your skull doesn't do such a good job. The guy below didn't figure that out in time....

global vision spider goggles. I bought these just for rain. My sunglass style goggles would fog and get rain inside the lense etc.. could not see. I tried these and they worked awesome. I have roughly 20 hours of rain riding with these since May and have only stopped one time because water got in the left inside lens and was distorting my vision. I usually just wipe the outside with my glove if I get water build up. Planned on rainXing one of the lenses to see how it works.

I wear clear safety glasses that I get from work, they sell similar ones at lowes.
