I'm working on a new 2009 Electra Glide Standard, black, sec, cruise, non-ABS.

-1000 Off MSRP, No Freight, No Prep, +$299 Dealer fee, tax, tag title. $18,100 OTD. I think I might be able to do a bit better once the money is on the table. Wife didn't say "No", so there might be a chance.

Sounds like a good deal to me, but just remember you're only 4 weeks away from the release of the 2010's. I've always fought the urge to buy that close to release of the new models. There might not be much change, but I'd hate myself if I bought a new 09, and then some super new gee-whiz model came out and I wished I'd gotten it. Your call of course, but the 09's are only going to get cheaper after the 2010's have been released. Give her some careful thought.

 

This MAY be a scam, but try Craigslist. You could stumble on a great deal. Got my 08 Ultra Classic (5,200 miles) for 16K even there.

I want to add the tour pack for the wife and they want ~$1,000 for the whole kit, which would drive the price to 19,100 OTD. I thought If I put a check on the table for $18,500 and they bit, I'd be real happy with that.
