Check the quick release fuel line at the tank?? If you disconnect this fitting with the ignition on you should get a small squirt of fuel. Have a rag handy. Thats the easiest way to check fuel pressure.
If you have fuel pressure then check injector wiring.
Check wiring loom to the injectors, look for a connector off, shorted wire. I would pull the tank off (not a big job) and check the loom over.
If its not wiring then you will need to get a stealer involved....

Have you done any work/mods of any kind recently? Even the most simple change gone wrong can screw up something seemingly unrelated.
When I'm at work and our computer systems go down for no reason, I'll ask tech support if they changed anything. "Nothing that would affect your system." is the response I usually get. When I convince them to back out the change-that-wouldn't-affect-me, "Voila! Problem solved."
"Hmmm...well it shouldn't have affected you...". Yeah, but it did.

I had a different bike previously (read Goldwing) and it had a vacuum controlled fuel "valve" that failed. It has a diaphragm in it that allows fuel to pass when there is vacuum present. The diaphragm ruptured and the bike acted like it was out of gas. I don't know if HD has anything similar, just a thought. Good luck!
