Road Glide with Mean City Cycles Mod???
Anyone out there have a Road Glide with a Mean City seat mod? I am 6'3" and like the looks of my short windshield but I need to be sitting a bit lower to help with the wind buffetting. My question is does anyone know how low they can get the stock Road Glide seat with out making it just a leather wrapped seat pan? Thanks for any input.

I had 'em take about 1/2" out of the front saddle & grind off that lump goin' up the tank. They could probably get more out, or remove all of it & replace it with whatever thickness you want of "memory foam".
I also had them try to improve the pillion for my wife. They did what they could, but there's just not enough pan back there. We ride long distance, so I eventually had to buy a touring seat. The stocker hangs on the wall now..........<shrug>
BTW, the guys at Mean City did everything I asked. It's not their fault that I was tryin' to make the stock seat do something it couldn't do.

The only issue with going lower for tall riders is leg angle to the floorboards, if your talking a inch you should be good but anything over that and I wouldn't recommend it. Your thighs would most likely have same slant back as the gas tank does.
