Question My Check Engine Light Codes: Good , Bad, or Dont worry about it?

Ok, I posted a few days ago I ran my bike out of gas on the highway and coasted it to a gas station. When it ran out of gas I heard a loud back fire pop and then it died. After I got gas it fired right up and has rode fine ever since, except for the CEL having a code/s.

I checked the codes tonight:
P1356 rear cyl no combustion
P1353 front cyl no combustion
P0152 rear 02 sensor high (this might have been an old code from previous owner).
It gave a pn 32915-07

My bike is an 07 King classic with FuelMoto setup of stage 1, PC-V, and tru-duals with Rineharts. The 02 sensors are blocked off per PCV instructions.

I cleared the codes and will ride it tomorrow and see if they come back, but the bike has been fine for 2 days after the no gas issue. Am I to assume the loss of gas caused the 2 combustion codes so not to worry, or should I monitor it and take it to the shop to be safe?

Thanks for your help.

clear the codes and forget about it unless they come back.
