I purchased a 16" CB from BigDaddyMike and it is about a 1-1.5" lower than the stock shield.

I am 5'-7" and the stock shield was just about even with the bridge of my nose, the 16" CB is about at mouth level now. This size shield works great for me, blocks a fair amount of wind and still looks good. My wife said the CB shield was a lot better than the stock. she catches wind, but said it was not turbulent like the stock shield generated.

 

anybody heard any feedback on the Kury-a-kyn windshield for R/G's? looked on their website, not any details on size. I did find on another forum that the measurements has a 14" rise, and measures 20" from the center screw back. I am looking to replace my stock one also, looking at all options.
