Default Pro Pad Passenger Seat Pad

Anyone tried it? Thinking of getting that for the Lady, versus buying a second (Pillow Top style) seat for when she comes along.

If any of ya'll got one for the wifey, let me know your thoughts...

My wife appreciated it. She used it on longer trips on top of a Corbin touring seat. Admittedly, I would also use it on longer trips when I planned on 500+ mile days. Reduced the hot spots for me also. I'm beginning to believe squirming on seats is simply a fact of life in the saddle. No matter what you do, you hafta shift those buns once in a while. The pad simply changed things up a bit to make the trip more tollerable.

I have one and it does work. What worked for me was ride with the stock seat for the first 150 miles or so and then at a gas stop, put on the pro pad. It just gives your butt different pressure points. 500 mile days got a lot more comfortable.

I use one and i have one for my wife. Only problem i have is that it does sit both of us up a little higher, and therefore get a bit more wind in the face, then again, thats the reason we ride isn't it?

Went on a poker run a few weeks ago, and there were 3 or 4 couples who had pads called Brooklyn Butt, and said that they loved them. Made a huge difference. Anybody know if the gel pads hold up, or do they leak?

Which one are you using? Looks like there is a lot of variation of the pro pads out there.
thanks
