i go with 38. that means the first time i buy 2 qts. use the full qt, + 6oz. then for the next 4 changes, buy 1 qt, use 6 oz out of the other bottle. then for the 6th change, i buy 2 qts again.

its not like its super expensive stuff. do it right, put the right amount in.
