I have a friend that has a black vision. He loves the bike and the attention that he gets. I still find it hard to get over ther radical look of the bike but one thing for sure it'll whip the crap out of a Ultra Classic, heck he's whiped a SE 110 bike and didn't even try. The bike is fast and will flat move. I know coming back from the ROT Rally I got @ 42 mpg and he averaged 55. The only complaint that he has is that's it's hot and not much air flow in the chest area. If it wasn't for the looks I'd sure think of one.

 

I rode the Vision (and got the T-Shirt) and it ride pretty darn nice. I like the heated grips, seat, and it's got some good poop. Gave the T-Shirt to my buddy that owns a Victory, and he's glad I rode it! My wife really liked the ride from the passenger seat. But, like all have said, it ain't a Harley...

 

I hear people tell me all the time what a butt ugly bike I have, then I get off and the same people say what a good look'en bike I have. Maybe it will work in the reverse for you and make you better looking. JK. Remember, no one has the same taste. Our 105th is a good example, not a popular color. Good luck with your choice.

 

Wow , for just $29,000 you can get a 10th anniversary one, they only made 100 and probably still have at least 99 available. be a lower number then your ultra

Congrats ......... I think. The Vision is a good bike mechanically speaking, with lots of power but looks wise, it ain't my style at all. Too scooterish for my taste.
Bottom line is it's your money not mine.

If he isnt then he needs to get his meds changed .... Lets see change the frame back to one that looks like a real bike then add a batwing a better looking gas tank and some nice H/D style bags and id be interested
