D&D Boss with a Std baffle. You'll be banned from riding in front.

Friend bought 09 Ultra and rode with us a couple of times then came over to the house last weekend. At our first stop he asked if we liked his new pipes? We hadn't noticed. They were Rush with 2.25 baffles. I didn't care for them.

Agree with the poster who said the V&H sounded "tinny".

Rineharts tinny??? Wow never heard that before. IMO they are the deepest sounding pipes out there. They have a bass drum thump thump to them.

Loud=Thunderheader. I've had it. It's too loud for me these days, but if you want loud, and performance, go with the Thunderheader. If you get the chrome instead of the black, they are PITA to keep clean. If you're neurotic about keeping things clean like many of us, you'll wipe em down on the tips after nearly every ride. If you let em go awhile, they'll never come clean.... Just my .02.

Nothing sounds deeper, throatier, absolutely nothing like CFR slip on's
I heard these on two bikes and then my buddies had to have them, 2008 SE Ultra, 2009 SE Road Glide, 2009 SE Ultra. I couldn' stand it and put some on my 2003 95" Electra Glide Classic with true duals. I am 70 years old; I started it up and got a woody just listening to it idle.

I'll second the CFR's.I had actually started with just the slipons and liked them so much that i got the CFR dual headers.They are deeper than the MO's they replaced.
Also if you go to the exhaust section of the forum they have "sound posting of exhaust systems" at the top.You could get an idea of what they sound like from a sound clip,but the clip still doesnt do it justicce.

My neighbors don't like me, and I'm ok with that... I plug these guys for a quality pipe;

Thanks for all of the input . . . it was tough deciding for the new 2009 RK classic . . . you all had my head spinning . . . I said "yes" to every comment. Went to a local rally . . . loved the look of the Samson 32" fishtails . . . wife looked at them and said, "Those sound and look nice; but then pointed to another set on a 2009 RK classic and said, but I like the sound of those . . . remember, I am riding in the back and you should get what I want." She pointed at Rinehart slip-ons . . . the Rineharts will join SERT, SE Heavy Breather, and some new HQ pushrods and cam . . . . as long as the wife he gave me thumbs up on buying the new scoot is happy, I am happy.

"What mama wants, mama gets!"

Thanks to all of you for your help!
