Rineharts sound kind of "tinny" to me. I don't really think they sound that deep. Get a thunderheader if you want deep and loud.

Looks like what you want is the Thundervancerinehookerbigcityrushfatcatheaders. They're deep AND throaty.
That clears it up for me how 'bout you?

-1 on the Thunderheader. I've had two of em cause I didn't learn with the first one. Nice sound and good performance but cheap a$$ chrome and rust around the bad tig welds.

I've never heard any touring muffler as deap as CFR's. If I could've fit them under my stretched bags they'd still be on my bike. I'm starting to really like my Bub 7 true duals though. I like the Bub's sound much more than Rineharts. I think they have a much deaper note.

Fit, Finish, Performance and Sound...hands down the D&D Fat Cat. I have the quiet baffle, nice and throaty especially when you jump on it..the standard baffle, recommented for larger engines, is even louder.

V&H Monster Ovals are not the pipes you want based on your criteria. I bought them and they aren't loud enough. They look great though.

I have the vance and hines big radius 2 to 2 on my 2009 roadking. I like them a lot. They are LOUD. The only thing is that the right rider floor board has to be moved up and foward. This did become a problem to me one I put my new seat on. I removed the floorboards and I plan to replace them with an adjustable foot peg. Look on you tube there are a lot of videos where you can hear the diffrent exaust systems. Best of luck and congrats on the new scoot.

I just bought an '07 King Classic with 1100 miles on it. The original owner had a set of RUSH PERFORMANCE mufflers put on that I don't like. I would trade anyone for a set of new stock mufflers.

I got a set of RUSH 2.25's from FuelMoto when I got my power package from them. They are pretty quiet at idle but are loud when you get on it. I am thinking about going with the V&H Big Radius, I like my bike to be noticed in traffic, the Rush just don't do it for me.
