Does anyone have this sheepskin on their Ultra Classic? If so, what do you think of it (fit, comfort, etc).

Debating this or another sheepskin seat pad. Leaning towards the HD one as it covers the entire front/back seat and not just pads.

I have the '09 Ultra seat on my ''09 RG, but I still run with a piece of sheepskin.
It's 18" by 30" ... Bought it off ebay for about $20 shipped.
Nice for the hot days when your pants want to crawl up your but crack.
It's big enough to tuck under the front of the tourpak rack and drape down covering the passenger backrest and seat.
Keeping the wife cool top to bottom!!!!!

I put the HD cover on my 06 ultra right after I bought the bike. its now on my 08. I find it easy to care for, warmer in cold weather, and cooler in the heat. MonkeyButt is a thing of the past since using the cover.

Drying is super fast and easy, so no fear of getting it wet.

The is enough room to run a gel pad under it, (I did with the 06) but I am not using it with the 08.

 

I have a Corbin seat, and still use the Alaskan Leather sheepskin for those long days touring in the heat. It really makes a difference in how your butt feels after several days in a row on the bike.

Never used the HD one, but it should work about the same.

 

i have one and use it on long trips. around town i leave it off. you'll need to protect it from rain. the rain cover is the easiest way to do it. taking it off is a job sometimes, i have the Corbin seat and it works pretty well with it too.

While the sheepskin looks real comfy, I opted for a $3 bathroom mat from Wally world. It's colormatched to my seat and feels almost as good as the sheepskin.
