Default 09 Street Glide Vibration?

Hey all, put on 800 miles this past weekend on new glide. Bike is silky smooth compared to my 04 except one issue. Each bike has its own personality so I am learning the 09s. It seems like when I brake moderately to hard there is a vibration/shudder. It seems to be most noticeable while using the rear brake but not the front. It is not the abs applying and the rear rotor does not appear to be running out. Is this a normal vibe on the 09 touring models? Engine harmonics or new mount system? I know , hard to say without riding it........just curious if anyone else experiences this. The vibe or shudder if felt through the seat/floorboards, not just the rear pedal. Its just something I am not used to feeling compared to my 04.
Thanks in advance

Mine does exactly as you describe (09 SG). Dealer said at 1K service it was normal. Sounds like we both need to get a little adamant about the problem.

Mine seems to vibrate more when at a stop while holding brake on. I just figured it was normal with the abs. Maybe i should get it checked too

Checked the rear rotor with dial indicator for runout. Was less than .010" so I do not think that is the problem. Let me clarify this as someone posted theirs is worse while stopped. I am strictly talking about WHILE BRAKING! NOT STOPPED! Seems to be getting better, or I am getting used to it. Will test more soon as weather breaks. May pull abs fuse and try a ride or 2. Will report back.
