Default What type of grease for steering bearings?

What type of grease are you guys using for lubricating the steering head bearings using the zerk fitting? White lithium, high temp grease available at any auto parts store, wheel bearing??
Thanks

I just use the stuff I get from auto zone. I haven't had any probs yet. What I did though, was put in a 90* grease fitting in the steering head, I have a road king, and the headlight nacelle made getting to the fitting a bitch, but not now

+1 but i bought a case of grease from tractor supply so i used that... I have a glide classic and also put in a 90 degree fitting although i think possibly a 45 would be better but the 90 works

If I ever have a new bike again I'll put something else other than harley grease in the steering neck, the stuff oozes in hot weather and makes a mess.

The stuff HD says to use is marketed by an outfit in Wisconsin(imagine that). I saw a post on here on the same subject that led me to the website of that repackager/marketer. From what I've read regarding the grease, I believe it's an aluminum complex grease like Total(Keystone) lubricants Zeniplex2. This stuff won't run and it's good for most bearing applications. Not expensive either.
