Accident takes another

Where did it say he was drunk???
I've driven the wrong way on a one way street once or twice (totally sober).
IF he was sloppy drunk then he shouldn't have gotten on the bike,
we're all big boys and are responsible for our actions. The bar owner or bar tender
is not at fault IMHO.
RIP brother, and prayers to the family.

the bar owner may have had no idea that the person was going to drive. hell, the bar owner may not even have been there. now the bartender on the other hand, well, he may not have had any idea either. and if the bar was crowded, and the guy wasn't belligerent or otherwise drawing any attention to himself, well, its not hard to continue drinking under those circumstances. maybe he was in a large group, and they kept buying rounds, the bartender may not have even had a clue how many drinks this guy had.
but, yeah, lets sue him anyways..... maybe we can put him out of business. that'll help keep drunks off the road.

yeah, and while they're at it, how about suing the company that made the alcohol, and the company that made the packaging to store the alcohol in, and we can't forget about the company that made the refrigerator to keep said alcohol cold.

My wife was at our local Walmart some time ago. Knowing I just bought a motorcycle.
She ran across a lady who told her that her husband was killed on a motorcycle. She said to the lady, I am so sorry. How did it happen she said? The lady told her that her husband had a serious drinking problem and she knew it would happen sooner or later. I don't thank he killed anyone else, just himself.
RIP
