Do newer Harleys have bulb monitoring? How does that work, will it tell you some how if a bulb is out?

 

I think there will be a rapid blinking if one of your turn signal bulbs goes out. I don't think there is a way to know for the other bulbs.

 

With a little creativity and some fiber optic material it would be an easy thing to do.. but practicality may outweigh it..

 

+1 If one of your turn signals go out you'll see rapid flashing. I check my headlight during my pre-ride check. I don't think a bulb monitoring system would help me very much.
