I purchased one of these Mutazu cases and their Vivid Black color matches the color of my '09 FLHX. I just got back from an overnight camping trip to Laconia. I was able to put my tent, sleeping bag and a few other things in the case and it worked great.
Did you stay at the track. We were there all weekend and saw a setup that might have been you. Pretty soggy last night and this morning!
I bought one a couple of years ago for my Dyna. It's smaller than the HD tour pack, but the size fit well with the Dyna. It is a good deal for the price. I was very happy with it.
I bought a VIP off ebay bout 5 years ago. Put it on my EG or Valkyrie when I take a trip and take it off when I get home. Still in good shape. Not an HD TourPak. But, I have got my moneys worth out of it.

Small world......I did stay at the track!
Showed up Saturday evening prior to nightfall, just after the heavy rain had started and had to set my tent up in the rain. Luckily I pitched the tent up on the highest ground I could find and stayed relatively dry during the night. I hung out down by the track for a while in the morning and watched some of the pre-race practice before heading up to The Weirs and then back to VT. Did it ever dry out down there yesterday?
Everything in the Mutazu Tour Pac stayed bone dry. Now I am thinking about buying one of their racks so I can strap on a cooler.
Heading back to NH tomorrow for a few more days to attend more bike week events.
I've had one for going on three years.. I will admit It's not a King Pack, but it has served it's purpose. I have been also looking at a pack on e-bay that is a knock off of the chopped King with a built in spoiler, no hardware, but all od HD hardware will work on it..
