I actually wanted a Road Glide. But they command top doller in the Milwaukee area and a "fully loaded" bike is what I needed for touring. I ended up with a very low milage Ultra that I will pick up next Tuesday, but I will always like the Road glide.

I think my car has fixed gauges also... Headlamps too, but still I ride with RK... was it D. Road King Dummy? Never heard before but it kind of rhymes ;-))
