20K Service Torque Specs???
All,
Does anyone know what the dealer would look at during the 20K service as far as locations for making sure things are torqued properly?
Is there a list of these locations and torque reccomendations??
2006 RK Classic is what I have,
Thanks

Go to Harley website under OWNERS then SERVICE CHECK UP and enter your vin and mileage for a full list of what you should be looking at.
The specifications for the torque values are in the service manual.

In the service manual you will find what is refered to as "critical fasteners." With this, it lists the torque specs for each. This is what the techs are supposed to complete in a service requiring checking critical fasteners. I have attached the critical fastener torque list out of the 06 service manual for you.
