The easiest way to tell from looking is to look at the front wheel on the right hand side. If you see a black spacer looking ring on the axle - you have ABS.

Default the other option

Or, (not recommended) you could run about 70 on a dirt road and lock up both front and back brakes. If you survive you have ABS.

On my Ultra the speed sensor is on the left side of the front wheel.
It looks like a black spacer with a wire attached to it.

On the caliper itself it will have a small plastic piece that says ABS...also - when you start the bike there should be an ABS light that flashes until you get moving more than a couple miles per hour...of course this is from a Road King guy...

If you bike stops quickly on a slick surface and stays upright, you have ABS.

If your bike takes a long time to stop and your name is kingkingking, you have ABS.

If your brakes lock up and your dump your bike when braking, you don't have ABS.
