Default FOB and Security
ok so can someone give me an idiots guide to changing the security code for the fob. Or maybe someone has a link to anther thread. I searched but did not find much. Thanks

uh, what year bike? hd changed the security system in 07, so the procedure is different for 06 and older.

i assume its for the 06 in your sig, but you know what they say about assumptions....

Mine is an 08 so I can't tell you but the owners manual had a decent writeup for the 08.

it is in the manual easy to do step by step instructions-ride safe
