I just tried to install J&M speakers. No sound at all. Frustrating. Re-Re-Read direction all correct. Calling J&M tomorrow.

Normally the power supply in the amp renders AM receiption usless. You are not having any issues listening to AM stations?

Well.. I tuned a few Am stations.. that I know of, had no problem Firecap. KBZY 1490 is prob the only one I'd listen too, since it's very local and I can tune that one in no problem...... rest is mexican radio and a few religious nutjobs.. and political spew.

Well, I had to check again... I tuned a few stations in, heard em but there is a background white noise... It isn't that bad, can still hear it... but it's there and would be annoying for any length of time. I am sure people trying to catch a baseball game or such on the AM side of the radio wouldn't be too happy with that noise. Then again has AM radio ever not had a sorta white noise.....if I recall my younger years.

I have the ARC Amp and 6-1/2" speakers and am very happy with them!! Wayne has answered every call with the exact answer to any question I have had. Will replace my rear pods with his 5-1/4's when I finally change them out. I have this on an 04 EGC.
