Apehangers on 08 SG with ABS?

Apehangers on 08 SG with ABS?
Good Morning,
I just ordered a pair of the Wild 1 Chubby 12.5" apes in black (WO577B) for my 08 SG.
A few questions for anyone who has done this install before:
- Do I need to get the Throttle-By-Wire extensions from Barnett's? I've heard that the stock harness will reach. If I do, what length extension should I get?
- New clutch cable? How much longer?
- ABS brake cable.... how much longer? From Goodrich?
- Anything else?
I'm going to powdercoat the forks and drop the suspension in the front when I change out the bars, and get some new grips too (naturally).
