Default Anticease and Anti-Squeal Paste for Brakes. Good or bad idea?

There seems to be at least two schools of thought when it comes to brake caliper maintenance. Some people uses a little bit of anticease on retaining pins and bolts. Others
actually apply Anti-Squeal Paste on the back of the brake pad to reduce braking noises.

The other school of thought is to do nothing. Not even use brake cleaner because the chemical can deteriorate the seals.

What are your opinions on this? Thanks

I guess based on the responses I already have I did not explain myslef very well. What I was asking was should we use antices and/or Anti-Squeal Paste when doing brake maintenece or is this a bad idea because these fluids can get in the brake system and cause havoc?

I have used moly paste for the past for 35 years on the back side.I also melt it in a bit with a propene torch and it has never failed me on bikes or cars.

I also have an 08 Road Glide and the front brake (right side) squels like a S.O.B! Drives me crazy, but there isn't anything that can be done. They do stop very good though!

I just replaced my rear pads with Lyndall Z+ pads and used some anti-sieze on the pad pins when I put them back in. No squeal.

I this:

No squealing and no issues. I also use antiseize on the pad pins and clean the pistons each time I change the pads.
