Default Turtle wax "Ice"

I bought some yesterday and tried it on the bike. Really strange stuff. It looks like kerosene, even smells sorta like it. When applied, it is supposed to haze before you rub it off....well, it never did haze. I am not really impressed with the quality of shine either. I normally use pure carnuba wax, so I am accustomed to an eye popping shine. The only real advantage to the "Ice" is that it will not turn anything white. I will try it again maybe the next time I wash....but so far......not so good........

I tried it and didn't like it either. It also has a tendency to streak.

I appreciate your comments, on the other hand, I too purchased the "ICE" this weekend. I thought it gave a good shine. You are correct, I didn't notice it haze up either. Just kind of dried up, evaporated, etc...Wiped off and had a decent shine...

I sure did like it - I even had a couple guys that asked what I used on my bike to get that shine.

My bike is new and it's the first wax/polish I used on it. The reflection it gives is like a mirror.

My wifes bike a 2001 Honda was equally impressive - making the black look like smooth wet paint. High shine with a great sharp reflection.

Bought a bottle yesterday at Wal-Mart for $16 based on last week's post.

Will give it a try if it ever stops raining.

I tried it and wasn't real impressed either. The best use I can see for it is on the dash, it does a beautiful job on the flat black finish.

Sounds like a toss up on who likes it and who doesn't. I may have to give it a try just to give my opinion. It's not like $16 bucks is gonna break the bank.
