Rinehart's, AN Big Sucker, SERT On Its Way
Ordered a set of True Dual Rinehart's, Arlen Ness Big Sucker air cleaner, and SERT for my '05 FLHTCUI. Should be here next Tuesday.
I will do the install myself.
My question is should I do the re-map myself or take it to the dealer? From what I have read the basic download should be fairly straight forward
and something I can do. I plan to have it dyno'd later.
My question is, can someone tell me the program I should use for this set-up? Who has done it before?
Any advice is appreciated.

It is easy to find the program to download just read the directions that come on the sert disc, the fun part is having a computer with a serial port (antique technology)or going and buying a usb conversion kit and trying to make that work.

Thanks for the info Big Red. Yes I have thought about the serial port issue. I am just going to take my old desktop out and set it up in the garage.
It has two serial ports and I think this will be easier than trying to convert from a USB.
I am hoping that this upgrade won't effect my MPG too bad. I ride my scooter daily approx. 95 miles round trip to work.
Wish me luck.
