Great to learn both you and your wife are OK. Probably good that it was a sharp turn, as I expect you were really slowed down for it.
I agree Ebay and Cragslist both are good places to look

Ummmm...I do believe the crash bar changed for the '09 models since the frame changed.
At least they're different on my '06 and '09
