Default Handle bars and shoulder injuries

I've had a few shoulder injuries and dont them to hurt while I'm riding....
The stock bars hurt my back after 25 mile rides.
14" Apes would be cool, but I dont want my arms to go numb.
I also was looking at Wild1 518 and Carlini Bag-Drag bars.

Anyone have some ideas?

I'm 6'2" riding a 09 Road King

I too have had numerous shoulder surgeries. Im 6'3" and I have the 518's on my RKC and love them. No pain in my shoulders after long rides
