Default Got a new '09 SG!!!

Well, I went to the stealer yesterday afternoon and couldn't pass up the deal to trade in my Rocker C. So, I ended up with a new '09 Sunglow SG!! Already got a taller windshield and the driver and passenger backrest. Rode the 1.5 hours home and really fell in love with the ride and the bike. It was nice to get home and not have to go to the chiropractor!! Can't wait to put some miles on this one. Only got 77 on her now.

Anyone got any do's and don't for the SG's?? Thanks for any input.

Dave

Congrats on the new scoot. If you wish to change your name PM Teryy1955, he can do it for you.

Congratulations on the new SG. I don't know about you, but I'm saving to replace that stupid air temperature gauge (lower left on console) with an Oil Temperature gauge.

Post some pics when you get a chance.

Dave
Take the seat off and see if it is rubbing on the fender by the mounting bolt and on the gas tank. Then lay some clear packing tape on those spots to pretiect it from further damage. The only other thing I did was the taller windshield like you already did.
