I had mine dynoed today also, I have a few more mods than you do though. I ended up with 98.8 HP and 97.6 TQ. Close enough to call it 100/100. AFR is in the green all of the way through the RPM range (13.3- 13.8). I was totally amazed by the tuner, he really knows what he's doing. He mapped both cylinders. I have a 95 with the SE performance heads, flat top pistons, .053 gasket (to get compression down to 9.8:1 or so), S&S 510g cam, D&D FATCAT. The HP and TQ lines meet around 5250 RPM. The TQ starts coming on at 2700 RPM and holds an almost flat line up to 5500 RPM! I would not call the TQ line a curve, I will instead call it a power band. I will post the dyno sheets shortly. It's totally awesome!!!!

see attachment 2 for dyno sheet, green line is pre-tune, all others are post-tune

If you only play with it.........(I can't believe I just typed that).......you are only guessing at what your AFR is. You should really get the bike dynoed by a trained tuner. The software that they use will set the AFR for you based on the runs and the parameters the tuner sets. It really makes a difference!!!

He took his bike to Dynojet in Vegas. They offered their services as they wanted access to the t-rex pipes so they could post a map. I emailed them recently to see when a map would be available and they said as soon as they had access to a bike with the hard krome pipes.

Just a reminder boys that in addition to the fuel making hp... the hp will vary on the same bike with no changes at all. So, a reminder from your drag racing days, which you will remember in summary is: The cooler the air, and/or the more dense the air, the more the hp. The atmospheric conditions can change in less than 20 minutes, therefore you can see hp changes on the same bike, on the same dyno, within less than an hour... Just a reminder to keep in mind on what you are comparing.... (hint: time of day, elevation, season of year, humidity, east coast vs. west coast). Also, the smaller the cubic inches the more influence in variations these changes have on the hp readings... Just my .02....
