Is anyone having any issues getting maps from Jamie lately? I filled out the form, and have waited a week, and still nothing. I'm sure he is a busy guy this time of year, but generally he is pretty quick in responding. Maybe i just pissed him off?

 

Didnt he post here about moving to a new and larger location ? That could be the hold up

 

That could be, although i didn't see anything. Nothing on the website either, though it could be the case. That would certainly make sense, as i've always had amazing customer service from them.

 

Try Giving him a call on the phone, your email might have gotten lost in cyberspace..

We appreciate your patience and if you need your map immediately you can contact us at 877-729-4754 and we can expedite your request" Sorry for the inconvienience we are currently buried with our move next week as well as our daily schedule which is in peak season. As stated if anyone needs a map give us a call and we can get it right to them. HDrider2002, feel free to ask for me directly and I will email your map right when we are on the phone.

well i called hit today at lunch time and i had the map in 2 minutes!
