Another Stisfied FuelMoto customer (sound clips)
I installed my fuel Moto Stage 1 kit on my 09 Street glide today. The install was easier than I expected it to be, took about 1 hour for everything. Bike fired right up on the first crank after install. There is no decel pop, it idles good and while it still isnt a crotch rocket it does definitely feel faster and does have slightly better throttle response.
The customer service was good when I called and it only took 2 days from when I placed the order until UPS dropped off the parts at my house, cant beat that.
I have read some threads where people have complained about the finishing of the Jackpot Dyno Tuned mufflers but I have to say I have no complaints about the build or finish of the pair I got. They have a similar sound to the stock mufflers, but they are deeper and definitely louder (i got the 2" baffles). they do have a nice deep idle and crack when you twist the wick, it does sound like a Harley now. Im happy overall, but I want to see what I think in a couple hundred miles as to if I want to try a different size baffle, I think the 1.75" is perfect those looking for an improvement over stock but not much louder, the 2" is noticable louder and I think the 2.25" would fit the bill for those who want a loud pipe.
Here are 2 videos for comparison, I took them with my camera so they arent the greatest but hope this helps someone who is still on the fence trying to decide:

Much improvement in sound based on those clips!
I had the 2" with the stock cams and used these for over a year. The sound level was perfect for me but when I upgraded to SE255 cams the loudness increased, which I expected, and I recently changed to 1.75" for the right side (left was already 1.75"). The loudness decreased slightly but still isn't as quiet as the stock cams with 2" baffles, but I'm not complaining. The bike is a torquemeister and I couldn't be happier with the performance or gas mileage. So, against my nature I will now leave it alone! (Famous last words)

Does anyone else notice that at 70-75mph seems to put the sound right is a slightly droney range? Not saying it sounds bad or is real loud, but I think were it sounds at about 65mph is about perfect. They did say the sound would change slightly after 100 or so miles when the tape on the packing burns off (or something like that).
Overall Im happy, bike sounds much better, does seem to run a little bit cooler and has a little more power. Its not night and day by any means (except sound) but Im happy for the $700 I paid and did it myself instead of paying the dealer $1400 for the same thing.

Did you make changes yourself, or did they send you a new map?
Is there anyway to drop the idle form the 950RPM stock? I don't know if it would cause any problems or not, but I think the bike would sound better with a lower, choppier idle. I think the high idle is one reason the newer bikes dont sound quite as good as the older ones.
