I wear something similar. Again not for everyone but super light, cool, comfortable and very quiet.

Looks like Kazoo from the Flintstones. Glad you like it and it's confortable.

That helmet is friggin cool. Buddy of mine has an aviator style helmet. Everywhere we go people are asking him if he's a pilot. Pretty neat. The kids always want to see it too.

Anything is better than the mushroom head...

Technically, it's the Great Gazoo. He wore the world's first DOT-approved 3/4 helmet.

There's no point in trying to find DOT helmet that won't make you look like a dork. Some are not-as-bad as others, but no one looks good in them. Not really the point, I suppose.

This post was for people who can get info on the helmet "I" choose to wear. If you don't care for it, move along and keep your $hitty comments to yourself. Oh, thank you for your robust knowledge of the DOT, by the way.
There is no such thing as a DOT State, but you are right its your post ---I had no business butting in , as for my robust knowledge of the DOT --been dealing with legislators and biker laws since 1974 so maybe I know a little about the laws in America and other country’s as well its my business to know.

You want to wear a lid that’s up to you but it should be a choice. As for the high horse comment, don’t quite follow but it was your post so I will but out.

Well I really like it. I wish there was a local dealer so I could try one on. Sounds like they run small from some of the reviews.

When I took the link to the review, I clicked on the other two of the retro series they were also reviewing. That Cromwell Spitfire is pretty unique too although I didn't catch the price on that one. Worth looking at for interest
