Coccyx pain

You need to check your posture, your handle bar position, and what seat your using.
And don't think about driving over 1000 miles straight through on your bike until setting things up and taking anti-inflammatory!
You could see a specialist of the spine. They will take x-rays and see if you have arthritis, bulging disc or inflammation and prescribe accordingly. However if its just an old tail bone break injury they will most likely tell you its inflamed and that needs to be brought back down before you can get any peace from the pain. Very rarely they say it needs surgery or removal.
Just need to live with it for the most part. Get the best seat for long hauls and comfort, adjust your bars up some, or get taller bars, that is about the best you can do.

Found these guys in the vendor section. http://www.meancitycycles.com/index.php
I am currently running a Mustang seat but I think I will check into these guys for my next ride. Alot cheaper than a new seat.
