RE: 10 mph
Not sure I understand what you're saying but I think you're asking if it's normal to be able to let the motor idle and ride at 10 mph with the clutch out. No, the bike is going to be very jerky at idle rpms. No straight shift vehicle I've ever rode or driven has been able to move forward at idle without jumping or stalling. So, yes, if you're idling along peacefully you're going to have to use the friction zone of the clutch to smooth out the ride. It ain't an automatic trans.

As you know the more radical the cam, the rougher the idle...right... We often love the lope of a bigger cam, but we need to remember to increase the idle rpm as it thats oil on the cylinder wall for the pistons and rings... too slow and the oil is not adequate...

RE: 10 mph
I have a 2000 95 cc RG 203 cams stage 2 down load it will chug along at 10 mph with no trouble but it has a high volumn oil pump .As hogback said about the oil pressure being low a harley engine really dont need a lot of oil pressure to keep it running.I think it should chug with no trouble.
