Default Squeal from clutch/primary on decel

I have a high pitched squeal that I think is coming from the clutch. When I pull the clutch in the noise goes away. I don't really hear it on accel and it doesn't slip. The clutch is new and I did soak the disks before installation but they sat in the basket for a while before I filled the primary and ran the bike. I've adjusted the clutch and that didn't change...

Any ideas??

Just a thought, have you checked the rear belt?

I had that problem, turned out to be a loose rear belt.
