Problems finding neutral.....
I was having a lot of problems finding neutral, to the point that I gave up and didn't rest my left hand until I stopped. Today I had the bike on the lift after washing it, and I thought that the clutch cable had a little too much slack, so I adjusted it. Lo and behold, neutral is very easy to find, and it shifts buttery smooth, lol.
lesson learned for me.

Problems with neutral
King,
I can't even imagine the problems with 4 neutrals, lol
nick@nite,
That was me, trying to find neutral at stop lights but it was nearly impossible, now, after the clutch cable adjustment neutral comes in all the time, really smooth. Taking off is really smooth too, huge difference from before.

Yeah, had the same problem with my new SG but I knew what the reason was and took it back to the dealer to adjust. The reason is that the clutch does not fully disengage, preloading the drivetrain and making it almost impossible to snick into the notch between first and second. The tip off is a tendency to creep at stop lights if the brake is not held.
