don't think any of the bikes come pre-wired from the factory. the harness can be bought separately: http://batterytender.com/product_inf...40270f7683c054

Some dealers install the battery pigtail as part of their pre delivery. You will still have to buy the tender unit.

Mine came setup from the dealer...It helps them maintain the battery on the floor...It's important it starts when someone buys it...I'll never use it did you need one?

As others have said, it does not come from the factory pre-wired. Several dealers do put them on during the PDI's. It is not only good for the tender, but you can use it for heated gear as well. They only cost like $7 retail, but still good to have.

Using the tender will give you another couple of years of battery life. Say what you want , they work!

Mine came installed from the dealer. I also have it set up to work with an air compressor I keep in my saddlebag in case of a flat. Bought a Slime air compressor kit from a local auto parts store and its nice to know I have it for those middle of no where rides.

Mine came installed from the dealer. I put mine on trickle charge every day just about to keep a peak charge. I heard that because I run an amp this helps.
