Angry Have cat Want to KILL

I went to wash the bike this evening setting in the carport and it looked like someone had shot it with bird shot. The backrest, seat and speeker pods were full of holes. There was cat hair all over the bike. My landlords cat used it for a scratching post. Talk about being PO. I drop kicked it once and I was wanting to go for a fieldgoal but it didn't return. I can't KILL it just yet, gotta wait till things cool down a bit.. then WAMO>>>> In the mean time, What can I use to keep the darn thing off the bike. It will either sit on top of the cover or crawl under it to sit on the pass. seat. Someone please help.

I would insist the owner pay for the fixes, or take him to small claims court.

I'll buy that tomorrow, but it will look suspicious. I was wanting to put something like those sticky mats for mice or bugs on the bike so the cat can wear them for awhile.... Like the old fashon fly strips that have the thumbtack in the end and you pull them out and it sticks to everything...

Cat owners should be held responsible when they allow their cats to run free. Unfortunately, it is easier to get away with punishing the cat than the owner. I have trapped my neighbor's cats and taken them to the city pound only to have him bail them out and continue to allow them out loose in the neighborhood. Now, the city of San Antonio has made it illegal to trap a cat and it is illegal to discharge a firearm in the city. I believe that I would be charged with a crime if my dog or me caused harm to the cats. That leaves the owner. Hehe. I just don't think he is worth doing time at this latter stage of my life. All suggestions welcome.

That's a better idea than killing it, smarter anyway. Someone finds out, or accuses you of killing it, you may have bigger issues on your hands than perforated seats.
