Prison is full of people that commit crimes and talked about them. I don't care for cats but it is likely a felony and surely cruelty. It is a cat owner problem. If that cat comes down with a cold you are suspect #1 after a post like this. I hunt and kill wild animals for the sport and food it yields but killing an animal out of frustration is B.S. Wild or domestic. Sucks to have your stuff ruined but there must be a better way to deal with it.

When cat is in the garage close the door corner him scare the crap out of him and shoot his azz with a pellet gun or a paint ball gun with frozen gob stoppers, then once he's dead bag him and throw him away, same thing happened to me cat scratched eveything the seat tank saddle bags and i had to pay 300 dollars out of my pocket to get it fixed...i can't imagine why no one has seen the cat around LMAO

I think this method is probably the best and helps you avoid jail. The key point I will add is to go for a loooong drive to a city far away from yours and drop the cat off at a humane society there. You get your revenge on the cat and owner without having to do anything that will get you put in jail for being inhumane.

As far as I know, there's no law or regulation that species taking animals to specific shelters. If the landlord really gets on your case then you just point him to the appropriate city (or state) and tell him to go fetch. Pick a different city each time till both learn their lessons. Better yet, you can probably teach the cat a lesson or two by strapping the cage to the back of your bike. You kill two birds with one stone - a long ride plus cat disposal. Just leak-proof the cage or box that you put the cat in so you don't get **** on the paint.

So let me see if I understand this post? You have a 25K bike and park it outside and want to kill a cat (an animal) for not knowing that your bike is so near and dear to your heart and wallet, but yet you park it outside? And that an animal by some act of God is supposed to know that its a 25K item, and its not suppossed to be on it, or use it as a scratching post? Seems your more at fault here than anything. JMO and bring it on. At least I had the ***** to tell the truth.

so for whatever reason, the dude lives where he does not have a garage (has a carport) and it's his fault that the pet owner doesn't control his pet? i bet you subscribe to the 'its her fault she was raped because she wore such revealing clothing' school of thought too.

for all you folks that keep saying 'trap the cat'.... where he lives, puerto rico, it is illegal, so that option is out.

C'mon Skratch, drawing comparisons between a serious crime and some cat is stretching it a little.

If my bike sits outside, I put a cover on it as soon as it cools.

Talking about killing Cats is just sick, I've pretty much lost respect for a bunch of these posters who talk about doing sick crap to cats.

Animal torture is usually a precursor to more serious issues down the road.

Bikes are just objects, they can be fixed.

This is a HD Touring Forum, these posts are useless and belong somewhere else.
