That's humane at least, if that don't work try some pepper all around the bike, on your seat and the bike cover. If that don't work,,,,, tie a dog near it.

A humane way to deal with the problem is to trap the animal, tie it up, then let it listen to your pipes at full throttle for about 10 minutes or so at really close range. That should be enough to learn it it's lesson.

Cats are served best from a soup pot.

I'm sure everyone's seen this. I happen to like cats, but some may find this humorous..

I live out along a rural hwy...folks are always dumping their dogs/cats on the road.

They stray up and attempt to take over. More than once I've opened my door to a vicious dog lunging at me or discovered cat prints on my rides.

Now I keep a small bowl of anti freeze near the door. Been doing it for years.

If I had a neighbor as inconsiderate as yours, I'd say nothing about the damage. I'd simply place the anti freeze out and leave it out and simply shrug if the cat found it.

Dogs and kids need a fence for their own protection. You can't fence in a cat, so why bother complaining to the cat owner. Cat owners tend to be kinda nutty and think the whole world owes their pet protection. Screw 'em.

Well let me start out by saying this. I have 3 indoor cats and I love them. Outdoor cats are a whole different story. If your are going to kill a cat and have a chance of getting in trouble you might as well have fun with it. Here is an idea and it is called “Cat” Fishing. You are going to need a couple of items;
1 fishing pole (heavy action)
1 reel (20-30lbs test line)
3’ of steel leader
1 big shiny spoon that you use for Bass or Pike w/ at least a 1/0 treble hook.
1 baseball bat (wooden or composite)
This is how it is done. You go out to the street above where you think the cat is hiding, cast the big spoon down the street. While using a slow retrieval, jig the spoon a little bit so it tinks and flashes down the street. Do this a few times and the cat will become interested and approach the spoon. As soon as the cat is close enough to the lure snag that son-of-a-bitch and get ready for the fight of your life. Make sure you have the drag set on your reel so you don’t break your line (it’s kind of hard to explain why a cat has a fishing lure stuck in it). Now this is the tricky part. Once you have the cat close enough to you, you have to club it to death so it doesn’t bite the **** out of you while not getting tangled in the fishing line, or severe cuts could occur. This is best done by having a buddy with you. Also just like regular fishing this is best done while drinking beer.

Hold the cats owner responsible, don't take it out on the cat. I'm amazed how many ruthless people are on here. Animals don't know any better. I have a Pitbull, and if he gets out of the house and eats someone it will be on me, and as a "dangerous dog" owner I wouldn't expcet anything else. If the cat owner doesn't pay for the damages and control the cat I would take it out on him/her and catch the cat and release it in another town, it'll find a new home far from you.

I hate to say this but a 410 with 31/2 inch #6's will really work. Then there is the
gamo .177 pellet rifle that shoots 1000 fps now that also will work. I am with the others though show the owner and see if he or she will take care of it. There is also your insurance company and you could let them reclaim there losses.
But if you plan on doing away with the cat I think that I would not say anything to the owner and just let it disapear.... Good Luck

First explain the problem to the owner and get an estimate from the dealer..
