Default '09 Touring Bikes and Catalytic Converters (What's The Truth?)

I've heard conflicting information concerning whether or not the '09 Touring models have Catalytic Converters in the head pipes.

One version says, "Yes, all models have CC."

The other version says, "Only bikes sold in some states like CA have CC."

What's the truth?

Thanks.

They are definately in the '09 SERG! There are a world of posts in the CVO site. I replaced my headers with non-cat headers I got from a guy who put true duals on his UC and it runs so much better and cooler now that it can breathe.

I see you're one of the ones with the cat. Lucky you and your state EPA regs. Mine came without because our state is not brain dead like calif Please stay there, though, because we don't need any whack jobs in the free states.
