Question Solo Seat: How to cover plastic fender washers?

I don't want the white plastic washers to show with the solo seat so what are some of you doing to cover them? I wanted something other than a fender bib.

Mustang makes a little small one just for covering the washers

Default washers

i made new ones out of a black (my bike is black) nylon plastic material,
cant even see them....you might find something like that either in an auto parts store
(door washers and panel washers are frequently plastic) or find a sheet of material
in a craft store....
hope that helps

Bill

I'm guessing you have a Mustang seat, that's the problem with their seats, you gotta look at those washers and nuts that mount the seat. I have a Corbin, everything is hidden for a nice clean look. Leather seat versus vinyl too.

Take em off......just got to be careful when switching the seat out to hang on to one of the bolts so they don't fall through

I once switched to a HD solo seat, but the chrome bracket covered the white washers....

And, yes, if you do take them off, be careful not to let the bolts fall through....I did and it was a bear to get them back in, but I did.....that's a whole other story/trend!!!!!!
