The rev limiter is set at 6250.My motor is bone stock{for now} with the exception of a 30T compensator sprocket from EVO Industries. All I can say is these things are a blast. The best thing about them is if at some time you want to get rid of your bike you uninstall the Pro-Charger and either sell it or get the proper hardware to reinstall it on your next bike.I have Frank at DragosBikeWorks {1-815-765-1790} do all my work.He can answer any of your questions.

Default S&s 124

The S&S 124 in my Bourget chopper dyno results were 135 and 135. The numbers for that 131 are pretty anemic.

GMR showed a 140+ TQ on a stock Jims 131. No sure how that other fellow got such low numbers....but they do NOT seem to be the norm.

My riding buddy runs a Jim's 131 in his 09 SG. He put a wood cam, 54mm TB in it with a D & D Boss pipe and a TTS tuner. Dyno'ed 144 torque and 134 HP. He's 70 years old and rides it like he stole it!

I wonder where the guy lives? I saw a SG with a 131 Jims motor and those Gatlin gun exhaust pipes in the dealership I work at. His SG had a custom paint job and a ton of coin tied up into it.

Hmmmmm...........wonder if it was the same bike.

There's something wrong with those numbers. I'd guess it's the pipes. Didn't know stock exhaust would cost you so much....
I went with a crate motor (S&S 124") when I built the Custom Bagger. It's hard to beat the bang for the buck. The duals are costing me a little, hp 120, tq 130. I've got my eye on the new V&H Hi-po 2-1 but I'm still waiting for numbers from a motor bigger than 113". I had a Boarzilla on a RK with 116" twin cam (for two weeks), couldn't take the noise. Two years ago I was able to get the S&S with single bore fuel injection throttle body for $7k even.
