Funny, I cut the wire on my biketronics setup cause the avc drove me nuts.
Adam
You can adjust it up to 20 increments of how loud it goes up so I don't know why it would drive you nuts ..........LOL. I like mine because I don't have to keep messing with it in traffic.
and for giggles, here is my new jvc kd-avx77 installed on my bike, i was gonna wait, until my other stuff came, but fawk that, i needed it on right now
i am prob gonna do a write up on this install (2008 Roadglide, but I was moving so fast, i didnt take picts of taking the front fairing off etc... still getting all the wires together and quick connect stuff, but anyhow... will try to get it done tom. hopefully...
You are reading it wrong, either way you go you still have to connect the wires that come with new radio. Biketronics is compatible with a few sony decks and hawg-wired works with numerous companies. That is a huge factor if nothing else.
Adam
I installed the Biketronics using a Sony radio. It was plug and play.
I agree that Hawg-Wired has more radio options but I found a nice Sony radio that was compatible and sound great.
